SHEDULE & SAFETY PROCEDURES

To avoid disappointment, please do not come to the office if you do not have an appointment or
have not scheduled a time to pick up your supplements.
Please have your order in before 12 noon on Wednesdays.
Don't forget to schedule your pickup day and time in advance!
When placing an order, please provide us with the name of your supplements and the number of bottles required for each, as well as your credit card number and its expiry date. Our voicemail is safe and secured and all information will be shredded once received. We will arrange an approximate pick-up time once we have received this information.
-Following new safety procedures, only clients with appointments (and partners or family members) are allowed to enter the office. To bring someone else along for support, please call us in advance to make arrangements.
-All surface areas will be disinfected after each use—door handles, counter-top, debit machine, writing pads, etc.
-The Centennial Building staff is also participating in keeping the area safe and clean by disinfecting high use areas more frequently, which include entrances, hand railings, elevators, and washrooms.
