Simpli Health's Policies

Client Agreement & Policies

At Simpli Health, our goal is to create a supportive, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and employees.
By choosing to become a client of Simpli Health, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our policies, find them fair and reasonable, and agree to abide by them.

These policies are in place to ensure that every client receives the same level of care, attention, and respect.

Your understanding and cooperation allow us to serve you, and all our clients, with the care and integrity that define the Simpli Health experience.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

A missed appointment prevents us from accommodating emergencies and other clients who could benefit from an earlier consultation. To maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients, a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations or changes.


Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the full appointment fee of $155 + tax being billed to the client. Future appointments will not be booked until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

Please note that appointment reminders are automated and a courtesy. If you do not receive one, it remains your responsibility to remember your scheduled time.


Providing additional advance notice, whenever possible, is greatly appreciated. It allows us to offer your time slot to clients patiently waiting on our cancellation list and gives them the opportunity to adjust their schedules accordingly.


We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Please keep your invoices. All product is returnable no less than 3 months prior to the expiration date. The product must be unopened, brought to the office, and accompanied by the original sales invoice. If paid with debit or credit cards, the debit receipt stapled to the invoice is also required. 

There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned products. 

FILE RETENTION, CURRENT CLIENTS POLICY

To facilitate storage, clients who have not used our services (consultations or supplementation) within the past 2 years will be removed from our filling systems.

CELL PHONES POLICY

In order to better serve our clients and reduce wait times, please refrain from using cell phones within the office. Thank you for your understanding. Additionally, no recording is permitted in all areas of Simpli Health's office.

RECORDING POLICY

For the privacy and comfort of all clients and staff, recording of any kind (audio, video, or photography, etc.) is strictly prohibited in all areas of Simpli Health’s office 

SHIPPING POLICY

We charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $20.95 for orders within BC, AB, SK, and MB. All other province orders are charged $37.95 for shipping and handling. All packages are sent via Canada Post Express. $100.00 insurance comes standard with each order, additional coverage is to be specified at the time of order, and additional fees will apply.

The order deadline to have your product shipped is Wednesday before 12 noon. All orders received outside of that time frame will be shipped the following week, at our earliest convenience. 

SMS POLICY - Consent & Messaging

Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your phone number (on our forms, online, or verbally), you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Simpli Health. These may include appointment reminders, order confirmations, and updates about our services or products. Message frequency may vary, and standard message & data rates may apply.


Opt-Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly at (250) 571-8597. After opting out, we may still contact you by phone or email regarding your services.


Privacy & Data Use
Your phone number and messages are used only to support your care and our business operations. We do not sell or share your information, except with trusted service providers (such as Ooma) who help us deliver messaging services.
