A missed appointment prevents us from accommodating emergencies and other clients who would benefit from an earlier consultation. To be effective and fair to all clients, at least 24 hours notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in the missed appointment being billed to the client. Future appointments will not be booked until overdue accounts are paid in full. Also, appointment reminders are a courtesy. Should you not receive one, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment.
Additional advance notice is also appreciated by clients awaiting patiently on our cancelation list, giving them more than 24 hours notice to rearrange their schedules.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Please keep your invoices. All product is returnable no less than 2 months prior to the expiration date. The product must be unopened, brought to the office, and accompanied by the original sales invoice. If paid with debit or credit cards, the debit receipt stapled to the invoice is also required.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned products.
In order to better serve our clients and reduce wait times, please refrain from using cell phones within the office.
Thank you for your understanding.
